Support contact

The email channel is still being activated. It cannot receive requests at this time.

Planned email: soporte@roflut.com

This website introduces Roflut and its documentation. It does not request an account, process payments or include analytics or advertising. The hosting service receives connection data needed to deliver these pages.

Controller and scope of this policy

This policy explains what data the Roflut app uses, why, who is involved and what control you have. The service is operated by Roflut (United States). Contact details and their current availability appear on this screen. By using the app you accept the processing described here to the extent the law allows; where a feature needs your consent, it is requested separately.

Data we process

Roflut processes only: (a) data stored on your device, such as preferences, favorites, session history, moods you record and progress; (b) technical connection data needed to deliver the catalog, music, videos and images, such as your IP address; (c) purchase data handled by the store and RevenueCat; (d) approximate coordinates, only if you enable weather; (e) technical error codes, only if you choose to share them; and (f) whatever you voluntarily write when asking for help. No name, email, phone number or account is required to use the app.

Your local data

Preferences, favorites, history, moods and progress stay on this device to personalize your experience and let you continue where you left off. They are not synced to an account or sent to Roflut servers, and are not used to profile you or for advertising. Moods are treated as sensitive personal information: they are used only on your device to tune recommendations.

Optional permissions

Some experiences use the microphone to measure sound level without recording or sending voice, or motion sensors to react to tilt. Reminders are scheduled locally on the device. These permissions are optional: you can deny or revoke them at any time in your device settings, and the feature that needs them may be limited. Withdrawing a permission does not affect what was already done.

Weather and location

Weather is optional and only turns on if you allow it. It uses Apple WeatherKit conditions. Coordinates are rounded to 0.1 degrees before being sent to Roflut's Worker on Cloudflare, which queries Apple. Results are used temporarily until they expire; when the service says not to store them, they stay in memory for the session only. Coordinates are not saved in your history. Cloudflare receives the device connection; Apple receives the approximate coordinates and the intermediary's connection. Providers may keep technical logs under their own terms and settings.

Purchases and content delivery

The store processes payments. RevenueCat verifies purchases and receives a user identifier generated by its SDK, transaction data and technical device data. A pseudonymous identifier does not make this data anonymous. Cloudflare delivers the catalog, music, videos and images and receives connection data, including your IP address. Roflut does not receive your card or payment account details.

Diagnostics and support

The app keeps up to 100 technical code entries in memory, without full error messages, voice, location or personal text. They are lost when the process restarts or when you clear them. You can review and share a report through the device menu; it goes only to the destination you choose. If you add personal information to a message, that recipient will receive it too. Do not send passwords, card details or full receipts.

Legal bases for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis (for example, the GDPR), we process data: to provide the service you request, such as delivering content and recognizing your purchases; with your consent, for the microphone, location and reminders, which you can withdraw at any time; for legitimate interests, to keep the service secure and working and to prevent abuse, provided your rights do not override them; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is shared only with providers needed to deliver the service: Apple or Google (store and, where applicable, weather), RevenueCat (purchases) and Cloudflare (content delivery and intermediation). They act under their own terms and privacy policies. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, they rely on the mechanisms it provides, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. We do not sell personal data or share it for personalized advertising.

Retention and security

Local data is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app. Provider logs are kept under their own policies. Support communications are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and meet legal obligations; the specific period will be stated when the channel is activated. We apply reasonable security measures, such as encrypted connections to our servers and local storage protected by the device's operating system, although no system is infallible. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, portability, and withdraw your consent, and not be subject to automated decisions with legal effects (Roflut makes none). Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may also know, correct and delete their data and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can delete history, cache or local data in Settings; this does not cancel subscriptions or erase store or provider records. For other requests use the contact shown; reasonable identity verification may be required. We will respond within the period set by applicable law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country or region.

Children

Roflut is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, contact us so we can delete it. Purchases require authorization from the relevant store account.

Advertising, changes and contact

Roflut does not include advertising networks and does not use experience data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Changes to this policy are identified by their last-updated date; material changes will be communicated before they apply where the law requires. The service contact and its current availability appear at the top of this screen.
