Purpose, acceptance and capacity
These terms govern use of the Roflut app and its wellness experiences, media playback and related features. Roflut is the commercial name of the service. By installing or using the app you accept these terms. You must have legal capacity to contract or the permission of a parent or guardian, and meet the minimum age required by the store. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed.
License to use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the app and the content you can legitimately access, for non-commercial use. Ownership is not transferred. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law or rights granted by third-party licenses.
Conduct and restrictions
You may not: redistribute or commercially exploit the content; bypass access controls, purchases or technical limits; access the service by unauthorized automated means; interfere with its security or operation; or decompile or modify the app, except to the extent the law expressly allows.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, text, images, audio, video and trademarks belong to Roflut or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the app gives you no rights in them beyond the license above. Third-party components are governed by their own licenses, listed in Credits and licenses.
Wellness and safe use
Roflut is intended for relaxation and general wellness. It provides no medical or psychological services, does not diagnose or treat conditions and does not replace professional advice or care. It is not an emergency or crisis service: if you or someone else is in danger, call your country's emergency number. Use a comfortable volume, stop an experience if it causes discomfort, and do not use the app while driving or in situations that require attention to your surroundings. Experiences with lights or motion may be unsuitable if you are sensitive to them.
Access and seven-day trial
Access depends on purchase status and the features included in each tier. The standalone seven-day trial lets you use the experiences identified for that trial; it does not automatically grant all Plus features or convert on its own into a paid subscription. Its activation, duration and eligibility are shown before you confirm. A subscription must be expressly authorized through the store.
Subscriptions, payment and renewal
When Plus is offered as a subscription, the price, currency, billing period and scope are shown before you confirm the purchase. The store charges your account at confirmation and automatically renews the subscription for equal periods unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or within the period your store specifies). You can view and manage the subscription in your store account settings. Price changes will be communicated and handled through the store's applicable mechanisms. If the offer includes a free trial, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, under the store's terms.
Cancellation, restoration and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription from your store account. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends, unless the store provides otherwise or a refund is made. Deleting the app or clearing data does not cancel a subscription. Restoring purchases verifies access tied to the purchasing account and does not restore local progress. Refunds are handled through the store, without prejudice to applicable consumer rights.
Connection, permissions and data retention
Some features require an internet connection, permissions or device compatibility. Downloading the catalog does not mean all media is available offline. Personal progress is kept locally; no copy of it exists on Roflut servers. Deletion, uninstalling or losing the device may make it unrecoverable. Operating system backups depend on their own settings.
Store and third-party services
The app is distributed through app stores and uses third-party services. On Apple devices, in addition to these terms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of the license. Store terms govern purchases and payments.
Availability, updates and warranties
Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, networks, providers or compatibility. Updates may change features, respecting rights over purchased services and applicable disclosure obligations. No specific relaxation result is guaranteed, nor uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes statutory warranties or limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roflut is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of local data arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. This limitation does not apply to liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited, and does not affect your consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or restrict access if you seriously breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service's security or comply with the law, notifying you where possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Governing law and claims
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the service, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence, which prevail. No exclusive jurisdiction, mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed. Before starting a formal claim we invite you to contact us to try to resolve the matter; this does not limit your right to go to court or to the competent consumer bodies.
Changes and contact
We may modify these terms. Changes will be identified by their date, communicated where appropriate, and will not be used to retroactively remove acquired rights. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the app. The service contact and its current availability appear at the top of this screen.
